Original Handmade Goat Milk Soaps

The Thankful Goat. It all started with a mistake. We had just gotten Athena when she ate some laurel leaves (toxic to goats) and we had to give her an anti-toxin shot rendering her milk undrinkable. So a friend told me to make soap, and that's where it all began. I made my first batch in the Fall of 2009 and haven't looked back. I enjoy creating all the wonderful fragrances. Each bar is made with saponified oils, goat milk, oatmeal, honey, and glycerin. There are over 50 nutrients in goat milk soap and the pH perfectly matches our skin so it doesn't dry you out like commercial soaps. Oh and those soaps on the shelves, they also extract all the glycerin that is naturally produced when soap is made and sell it to industry. Not only do I leave it in, I add more on top of it! Each bar is 4 oz. and has been cured for at least two weeks to complete the hardening process.  Availability is dependent on what I have in stock.  After making the soaps, they have to cure for two weeks.  Every now and then I sell out of a specific fragrance and it is a few weeks until I can have more to sell.

These little sticks pack a powerful punch. The goats call them lip-O-licious!

Cherry, Wintermint, Strawberry Lemonade, Raspberry, Peppermint, Pina Colada, Choc. Mint, Candy Apple, Grape, and Plain. I have seriously used this before bed to awake with the taste still on my lips. Athena's Snake Oil

A blend of anti-inflammatory essential oils in our massage oil base.  Rub it in where it hurts and the inflammation and pain melts away!  Our customers use it on Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Gout, Neuropathy, and work out pain or stiffness.  It can be used several times a day, but usually works with one nightly application after your shower.  Rub a small amount of oil in for a couple of minutes to affected area.  Active ingredients: Peppermint, Rosemary, and Lavender Essential oils.  This product does not help with bone on bone pain or permanent nerve damage.  Price: $12 for 4 oz
