Original Handmade Goat Milk Soaps

The Thankful Goat. It all started with a mistake. We had just gotten Athena when she ate some laurel leaves (toxic to goats) and we had to give her an anti-toxin shot rendering her milk undrinkable. So a friend told me to make soap, and that's where it all began. I made my first batch in the Fall of 2009 and haven't looked back. I enjoy creating all the wonderful fragrances. Each bar is made with saponified oils, goat milk, oatmeal, honey, and glycerin. There are over 50 nutrients in goat milk soap and the pH perfectly matches our skin so it doesn't dry you out like commercial soaps. Oh and those soaps on the shelves, they also extract all the glycerin that is naturally produced when soap is made and sell it to industry. Not only do I leave it in, I add more on top of it! Each bar is 4 oz. and has been cured for at least two weeks to complete the hardening process.  Availability is dependent on what I have in stock.  After making the soaps, they have to cure for two weeks.  Every now and then I sell out of a specific fragrance and it is a few weeks until I can have more to sell.
Price: $5 each or 4 for $18

  2. My love for dals is no secret for the blog readers, I love them. kevin durant sneakers for sale They add such a comfort factor to the meal and when not in a mood to cook too much a dal rice or dal roti meal is one of the most comforting things ever. I grew up eating a variety of dals which we couldn’t remember the names of, we would always refer to dals with color and sizes so the channa would be big yellow walla, the toor dal would be sambhar walli dal, moong dal would be small yellow dal, blake griffin shoes for sale urad would be white and the whole urad would be black dal. You get the gist. Inspite of making so many dals, one thing that mom never did was experimenting with the things that go into the dals, the tadka was more or less the same. As I grew up I started experimenting with dals more and more, lebron james shoes for sale I love adding a little flavour here and there to the dal which gives the dal a complete facelift durant shoes for sale
